 Shipping: All fish will be shipped in doubled or triple oxygenated bags with a heat pack (no heat pack in hot days) and will be shipped out on Monday-Wednesday of every week depending on the weather. Dead on Arrival Policy (UPS overnight ):

We will partially refund depending on how many fish you buy by dividing the number of fish evenly from the total cost of your order after you take a couple of clear photos and clearly show the whole bags with the dead fish inside the unopened bags and send them to us within an hour counting from the delivery.
